Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our young, fast-paced startup. Your main responsibility is to onboard and introduce new customers to our digital accounting solutions and support them throughout their customer journey at Meneto. You have a key role in the relationship with the customer, as you will be the main point of contact between Meneto and the customer.
You’ll have daily contact over phone and e-mail with our customer, who are mainly small- and medium-sized businesses looking for support with their accounting matters. It is your responsibility to resolve customer queries, recommend solutions and guide our customers through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, who’s able to earn our customer’s trust.
- Execute product demonstrations over the phone with potential customers
- Handle all kind of incoming calls, email and chat correspondence
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions about our services and secure high customer satisfaction
- Ensure that everything is prepared for the bookkeeping
- Identify and report product malfunctions to continually optimize our product and service
- Follow up on customer requests
As a person, you empathize easily with people over the phone and you always provide an exceptional customer experience. You are outgoing, self-driven and have a general business acumen to be able to support our customers in using Meneto’s accounting solutions.

- Near-native Danish language skills and conversational English language skills
- 1+ years customer service experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- An interest to further develop your knowledge about financial services and explain them to prospects
- An ability to learn quickly and great collaboration skills
- A forward-thinking and hands-on approach
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Maintain the highest integrity and compliance in everything
- Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliation and reporting is considered as a plus
